Once downloaded you will need to unzip the file using a ZIP utility such as WinZip® (a free evaluation copy is available from www.winzip.com). There are also completely free versions of some excellent ZIP utilities on the web such as 7 zip. (You probably already have a ZIP utility installed on your PC anyway).
